The Club

Odyssey Health Club & Spa redefines the standards for health & fitness centres.

The club is a 5 star state-of-the-art gymnasium, pool, spa and sauna complex complete with a luxurious day spa offering the finest in beauty therapy and massage treatments. Purposefully developed with the professional businessperson in mind our health club is a boutique facility offering every convenience to members in an uncrowded, professional yet personal environment.

To ensure the executive service standards of the club are maintained at all times the health club has a capped membership of only 250 members .

The Spa & Sauna

Relax after a workout in our deluxe spa or soothe in our separate male & female sauna rooms.

The Gym

The fitness centre is a split level area comprising premium equipment with a bright & fresh outlook onto Macquarie Place Park.

Cardio Training

Our cardio training equipment is brand new state-of-the-art Life Fitness machines fitted with heart rate sensors and the latest cardio theatre system.

Our range includes: Treadmills, elliptical cross-trainers, upright cycles, recumbent cycles,steppers and concept II rowers.

The Training Clothes

Never bring a gym bag again. We provide socks, shorts, singlet and t-shirts for each platinum member.

The Towels

Small workout towels and oversize bath towels are provided for every member visit.

The Classes

On the beautiful outdoor sundeck or the tranquil indoor pool area we run a variety of classes including: Pilates, Yoga, Boxercise & Circuit

Changing Rooms

The club has two beautifully appointed male and female change rooms for your convenience.

The Valet Parking

Enjoy valet parking when using the club !
